Honestly the worst experience I have received at a Toyota dealership. If you want to have an amazing purchase experience that really represents their core values then take a few extra minutes and drive to Blackstone Toyota in Fresno. When we were trying to buy a car, I had left to go to the bathroom for a short while. When I came back this man named Eddie Chavez was talking to my husband in an awful and an unprofessional way that I could not fathom how someone like that was ever employed. He had called my husband a liar and stupid to which when he wanted proof he had it but it seemed to make him more upset that he wasn’t able to make a few extra thousand bucks on the car. Overall, the way he moved and tone of voice was very aggressive towards my husband that at the end he basically told us to go somewhere else and he was offering the bestest in all of Central Valley. I do not want my vehicle purchased here anymore due to that man’s improper behavior. If you really want to make a deal then head to fresnos Toyota as they represent their core values and will leave with a vehicle.

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Experience with Madera Toyota’s Finance Department I really wanted to leave a positive review because my car sales rep was kind and helpful throughout the process. I spent over six hours at Madera Toyota finalizing my purchase of a Toyota RAV4. Everyone in the office—from the finance manager to the financial advisor—assured me it was okay to use two forms of payment for my down payment. Now, more than a week later, I receive a call saying that using two payment types isn’t allowed, and I’m being told I need to either restructure my financing with a much higher monthly payment or go back to another finance company with a higher interest rate. Neither of these options were part of my original agreement. This is not my error—it’s the dealership’s. Yet I’m being told it’s my responsibility to fix it. That’s not acceptable. This wasn’t communicated in the six hours I spent in person, nor during the entire week I’ve had the car. No one reached out until now. The lack of accountability, the sudden change in terms, and the stress it has caused me are incredibly frustrating. I’m now in the process of contacting my financing company to explore how I can return the vehicle, because this experience has completely soured the excitement of buying a new car. I expected better from a Toyota dealership. Sadly, I won’t be recommending Madera Toyota to anyone.

Saturday evening Michael nd Ram told us that they have one rav4 xse available in cavalry blue colour which costs around 43 something nd after negotiation over the phone Ram told us he will get us $500 off of the cost. We told him we are coming from stockton nd we needed car same day if he is willing to negotiate .we will come Sunday morning nd take it.he said yes.we spoke several times over the phone and texts on Saturday evening. Sunday morning we reached at dealership met with Ram he said i told my boss to take 500 off nd will negotiate we took a test drive nd Josh showed up asking me if I wanted white rav4 he will trade blue rav4 to another dealership nd get white one. I said no i’ll take this i need it today im taking it. He again said we will deliver white RAV4 on Wednesday to you i said no i need it today that’s why im here. When we sat down on table to make a deal so apparently they added accessories overnight nd cost of rav4 went up to 47k then 45k.when I asked about the deal with ram that we did over the phone yesterday Josh said Ram’s job is only to bring customers.The behavior of the manager was surprisingly rude i never experienced such customer service at any dealership ever. Josh literally said im going to trade this blue RAV4 to another dealership nd get white from them nd will sell white RAV4 for even more price because people like white more. Simply just rip off customers 👎🏿

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I bought a used car from here and was back right away because of an issue with the car. They claimed to have inspected it before selling the car, but obviously there were still problems with it. They did not try to help me get the car fixed and refused to be held accountable. ONE OF THE WORST DEALERSHIPS!

Alex was great! He answered any questions I had. Gave me a good chunk of information on the vehicle. Very helpful during the process before going in to the dealership I showed him what I wanted and he was able to find exactly what I wanted!! Working with Samantha was the best experience I could have asked for. I had been looking for a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium in lunar rock for so long and couldn’t find one for the life of me. I was one phone call away from giving up on my dream car and then I called Madera Toyota. Sure enough, they had one coming in! Finding a hybrid is hard enough but in Lunar Rock?! Unheard of! Worst place ever. NEVER buy a vehicle here. NEVER have maintenance done here. Never go here........ They lie and sell defective vehicles and do not want to fix them. They will give you the run around. They do not inspect them before selling. They LiE. They sell LEMONS. Isabell(with sales) is a liar. Kitty(in service) is also a liar. Management................Liars!!!! Mechanics do not do their job right. Check your vehicle before you leave!!! Something may fall off, break, leak, or........... TOYOTA WOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOU!!!! I am from Fresno and since Madera Auto Center is only about 20 miles away, I decided to follow up on a vehicle I had seen listed on the Edmond's listings. I was very disappointed in the service/respect I received from the sales person who acted as though I was taken up his time. After a test drive and about 5 minutes of discussion with me I was walked to the door. I will never go back there again and don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. I was fortunate enough to purchase my Toyota Tacoma in Visalia, Ca, which was a year younger and $6,000. cheaper than the one I was looking at in Madera.
